Így lehet tulajdonos a Tesla gyárában az orosz állam

US electric car maker Tesla has officially opened its newly set-up charging station in Hong Kong, which is the largest of its kind in Asia, according to South China Morning Post report on Monday (15 October 2018). The two-floor car park, located at the FTLife Tower in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong and with a total area of 4,564 square meters, is installed with 50 Tesla wall connectors, making it possible to charge at up to seven kilowatts per hour. There are 122 parking places in the charging station. The parking fee for all cars is 28 HK dollars per hour, with no fees for charging. According to the newspaper report, Tesla said that they are "proud to have Hong Kong as the site for one of the world's biggest destination charging stations, as part of our long-term commitment to Hong Kong owners." At the same time, FT Life Tower's management said it was proud to be part of Tesla's sustainability mission, saying that they are excited to be part of the network and warmly welcome Tesla owners to their facility.

Bár csak minimális mértékben, de az orosz állam részesedést szerezhet az amerikai Tesla autógyártóban a Maxwell Technologies akkumulátorgyártó cégben lévő tulajdonrészén keresztül.

Erre azután lehetséges, hogy a Tesla részvénycsere formájában218 millió dollárért lezárja a Maxwell Technologies akkumulátorgyártó felvásárlását.

A Maxwell Technologies korábban megvásárolta a kanadai Nesscap Energy céget, amelyben viszont 2011-ben részesedését vásárolt a részben orosz állami tulajdonban lévő Rusnano.

A Rusnanónak jelenleg 0,2 százalékos részesedése van a Maxwell Technologies cégben, amelyet ha részvénycsere-ügylet formájában megszerez a Tesla,

akkor az orosz állam bekerül az amerikai járműgyártó tulajdonosi körébe.

A Tesla jelenleg a Panasonic akkumulátorait használja autóiban, de ha megszerzi a Maxwell Technologies céget, akkor az amerikai járműgyártó rövid időn belül elindíthatja saját akkumulátorgyártását.
