59 évesen szívinfarktusban meghalt Bruno Martini, a francia labdarúgó-válogatott korábbi kapusa, majd későbbi másodedzője.

Martini egy hete kapott infarktust, azóta az intenzív osztályon ápolták, de az életét már nem tudták megmenteni.

Martini játékosként ott volt az 1992-es svédországi Európa-bajnokságon. A francia válogatottban 31 alkalommal védett. Majd 1999 és 2010 között a nemzeti csapat kapusedzője volt.
