Egyszerre 6 projekt is készül Harvey Weinstein szexbotrányáról

Összesen hat projekt készül a Weinstein-ügyről: egy játékfilm Brad Pitt cégétől, ami a MeToo-ra fókuszál, egy horror a műfaj legendájától, Brian De Palmától, egy színdarab a szintén zseniális David Mamettől, és három dokumentumfilm, amiből egyet a hírek szerint maga Weinstein készítene. 

David Mamet Pulitzer-díjas drámaíró (Amerikai bölény) színdarabot írt Weinsteinről, ez a Bitter Wheat (Keserű búza). Erről a projektről is írtunk már, azóta annyi derült ki, hogy

a főszerepet John Malkovich játszhatja, és Londonban viszi majd színre Daniel Evans rendező.

Szintén írtunk már arról, hogy Brad Pitt is Weinstein-filmet készít, pontosabban MeToo-filmet. A film gyártását azóta is előkészítik, színészeket még nem szerződtettek hozzá.

A legvalószínűtlenebb projektet hagytuk a végére: a The New York Times írta meg, hogy egy arizona állambeli szex rehab központból, ahol Weinstein páciens volt, az a pletyka érkezett, hogy a mogul egy dokumentumfilmben kelne saját maga védelmére.

Az Indiewire szerint Weinstein jelenleg inkább a jogi ügyeire fókuszál.
