Abrams rendezi: ő rendezte a 2015-ös Star Wars: Az ébredő Erő-t is, amit trilógiává kerekített a Rian Johnson rendezte Star Wars: Az utolsó jedik, valamint a mozikba december 19-én érkező Skywalker kora.
