The Hungarian Canoe Federation is pleased to invite you to take part in the 35th ICF Flatwater Racing World Championships Seniors to be held in Szeged at Maty-ér Regatta Course 2006.

Payment :

To guarantee your booking 30% of total cost should be sent to the bank account of the Hungarian Canoe Federation after confirmation. A proforma invoice will be sent together with confirmation.The booking shall be provisional until the first installment has arrived to our bank account hence the Organizing Committee reserves the right to alter or cancel the reservation until that time. With the arrival of the first installment it shall be a confirmed reservation. The remaining amount should be settled by 10 July 2006. Failing to do so may result a cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation:
Should you cancel your booking, a charge will be made equivalent to any loss suffered by the Organizing Committee, as itemized below. The amount of any cancellation fee will be calculated as a percent of total cost according to the following period of notice given:
Until 21 June 2006 - no cancellation fee applies
Between 21 June -10 July 2006 - cancellation fee 30 % of booking
Between 11 July - 17 August 2006 - cancellation fee 100% of booking

Travel documents:
Hotel vouchers will be sent via email once all payments received. No payments will be accepted at the venue or directly at the hotel. Rates do not include any extras such as minibar, telephone etc. These costs should be settled upon check out from the hotel.
