Please contact Your Chamber of Commerce or Customs Office to obtain the accurate information regarding the documents necessary for boat transportation.

Rental
The Organizing Committee has a limited number of boats available to rent (Plastex-Composite, Nelo). You may require rental boats by filling in the corresponding form and sending it back by the 14th of April as indicated. Upon receiving the boat rental form 50% of the rental fee will be added to the proforma invoice as it must be paid in advance as a deposit along with the participation fee. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the accreditation centre.

The boat rental prices are as follows:
K-1 and C-1 40 EURO per day
K-2 and C-2 60 EURO per day
K-4 and C-4 80 EURO per day

Along with the voucher you will be given at the accreditation centre you will have to present a security deposit in cash when receiving the rental boat(s). The security deposit is 200 Euros for single boats, 300 Euros for double boats and 400 Euros for K4s and C4s. The security deposit will be fully refunded (minus anything missing from the boat(s)) when you return them intact.
