Here you can find the latest news about the "Magic Magyar" of West Bromwich Albion.

West Bromwich Albion have signed Jan Kozak from Champions League hero team Artmedia Bratislava and the Slovakian midfielder's first impressions are closely connected to Zoltan Gera, who helped the player in his 'first steps' in Birmingham.

"He is a very kind guy and I can enter into his feelings because he arrived to a new world from a moment to another. He's been here for a couple of days and it was decided on Tuesday that the club signs him. Bryan Robson saw him play against Porto and Rangers where he scored goals and impressed our trainer very much."

"Jan arrived alone and hardly speaks English so I'm trying to give him a helping hand. I fetched him after our training, I showed him the city and then took him to the hotel where he stays. It may happen that he'll be look for a flat nearby my place, I've already shown him the district. I find out that his wife speaks Hungarian very well so we can help them a lot at the beginning."

"I still can't say anything about his football because I haven't seen the Artmedia games and it would be hard to create an opinion about him after only some trainings. He is a well set up sportsman who - I suppose - is going to play in the centre of the midfield. I don't know when he will make his debut but I wouldn't mind to participate at his first game."

"At the beginning of the week I started running trainings and I get bigger and bigger strain. If everything goes smoothly then I should go back to work in a couple of days - I'm really looking forward to it."
